At Cursed Fire Forge, every piece is individually hand-forged with care and attention to detail. While variations and marks of craftsmanship are part of each item’s unique character, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a refund or replacement.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved.

Return shipping costs will be covered if the item is confirmed faulty or damaged.

Please note:
– We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
– As each piece is handmade, slight variations from product images are to be expected and not considered faults.
